Slow But Sure

After many attempts over many years to get this quilt finished I'm finally on the second to the last step. Last Saturday Janet and I attempted to use the "long-arm" to quilt the flimsy to the back and to the batting. We got stuck a few times because the tension seemed a bit off and had to unpick a lot of wonky stitches. But I think she figured it out. Anyway, we successfully made the first pass of five across the quilt. It was very late so went to bed hoping that the next pass over would be more successful. We will soon see!
